Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Private Credit Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic investment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of private credit investments, conducting thorough credit analysis, and implementing investment strategies that align with the firm's objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of credit markets, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build relationships with borrowers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diversified portfolio of private credit investments, ensuring alignment with investment goals and risk tolerance.
- Conduct comprehensive credit analysis, including financial modeling, due diligence, and risk assessment.
- Develop and implement investment strategies to enhance portfolio performance.
- Monitor portfolio performance, market trends, and economic factors impacting credit investments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to source and evaluate new investment opportunities.
- Prepare and present detailed investment reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Maintain relationships with borrowers and monitor their financial health and compliance with loan covenants.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry developments that may impact the credit market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in private credit, investment management, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of credit analysis, risk assessment, and portfolio management.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software tools.
Salary Range:
- The salary for this position typically ranges from $120,000 to $180,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional performance-based bonuses and benefits may be offered.
