As the Clinical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients while overseeing the nursing staff. You will be responsible for conducting case assessments, developing care plans, ensuring accurate medication management, and providing supervision and guidance during nurse visits.

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Registered Nurse who can work collaboratively with our team and advocate for the needs of our clients.

Requirements

• Active Michigan State Registered Nurse License
• Experience in private duty nursing and clinical supervision
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to perform comprehensive assessments and develop care plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and valid MI Driver's License
• Commitment to providing compassionate patient care
