• Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, valuation analysis, and investment appraisal for potential acquisition targets.
• Perform market research and industry analysis to identify trends and assess competitive landscapes.
• Assist in the due diligence process, including gathering and analyzing financial statements, operational metrics, and management interviews.
• Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
