Job Description:

The Patient Access Centralized Scheduler works directly under the Centralized Scheduling Coordinator and/or the Patient Access Director. Position schedules appointments for the radiology, cardiology, and surgical departments. The position handles incoming medical records and collaborates with physicians, clinical staff and hospital personnel to ensure the patient is scheduled smoothly and efficiently for all ordered procedures/surgery.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two or three years of experience in a medical office, hospital, imaging facility or related office setting, with customer service and keyboard skills
