PRN- LPN/LVN (SNF)

Payrate: $35 - $40/hr (Depending on experience)

Shifts Available:

• Day: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
• Evening: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
• Night: 7:00 PM 6:00 AM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable LPN/LVN to join our team in a (SNF) setting on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations, and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to promote resident health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record residents' vital signs, conditions, and responses to care.
• Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, CNAs, and other staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents.
• Promote a safe and clean working environment.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and report significant changes in residents' conditions.
• Uphold residents' rights and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Required Requirements:

• Valid LPN or LVN license in the state of Massachusetts.
• CPR/BLS certification (current).
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in a SNF or long-term care facility.
• Ability to work flexible PRN shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
