This is your opportunity to lead capital projects, optimize production, and build a culture of reliability and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do Optimize & Innovate: Analyze and standardize manufacturing processes for cooked foods, sauces, and seasoning blends. Lead Lean Initiatives: Drive 5S, SMED, and waste elimination to boost throughput and reliability. Own Capital Projects: Manage projects up to $5MM—from scoping and design to installation and commissioning. Enhance Food Safety: Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, FSMA, and sanitary design principles. Collaborate & Influence: Partner with Operations, Quality, R&D, and Finance to deliver measurable improvements. Build Capability: Train teams, develop SOPs, and champion structured daily management systems. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related Engineering field. 5+ years in food manufacturing or regulated processing environments. Proven success with Lean methods and managing capital projects. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate technical decisions into financial impacts. Hands‑on problem solver with excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferred Experience with thermal processing, batching, blending, or RTE systems. Familiarity with WMS/MES tools and structured daily management systems. Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
