Are you a Business Analyst with a passion for HR Technology? Do you enjoy bridging the gap between HR processes and IT solutions in a global landscape? We are looking for a hands-on consultant to join a major transformation project within a global Talent organization!The MissionAs part of our Global Process & Technology team, you will play a key role in supporting international HR technology implementations. This isn't just a Project Management or an HR Generalist role—it’s about designing processes, gathering requirements, and ensuring our HR tools (like SAP SuccessFactors) align with business needs. Duration: start ASAP until December 31st, 2026. Location: Brussels (Hybrid: 2 days/week on-site preferred). ⏰ Capacity: Full-time (4/5th negotiable).Consultancy contrat (freelance or employee) Your Day-to-DayProcess Design: Facilitate workshops to map out, simplify, and automate HR workflows.Technical Bridge: Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories for IT.Implementation & Testing: Lead small to mid-size HRIS projects, oversee testing cycles (UAT), and manage data validation/cleansing.Change Management: Create communication materials and training content to ensure smooth adoption by end-users.Stakeholder Management: Act as the central point of coordination between global program teams, local HR, and IT.Are you the right fit?Must-haves:Experience: 5+ years in HRIS implementation or HR process design.Mindset: You are a Business Analyst at heart, not an HR Manager ! You understand the "logic" behind HR systems.Global Fluency: Excellent English and the ability to navigate diverse cultures and international stakeholders.Technical Savvy: Strong understanding of HR processes and how they translate into technology (Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.).Nice-to-haves:Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (even basic or certification level).Exposure to tools like Neocase, Phenom, Snowflake, or Workday.Experience in organizational change management.
