Recruitment: Sourcing and screening candidates for top-tier companies (Domestic or US shifts).

Human Resources: Managing employee lifecycle, documentation, and office culture.

Digital Marketing: Executing social media campaigns, SEO, and brand awareness.

BPO (Voice/Non-Voice): Providing exceptional customer support or backend data processing (English & Hindi).

Communicate Effectively: Act as the first point of contact for clients, candidates, or customers via phone, email, or chat.

Analyze & Problem Solve: Understand specific project requirements (whether finding the right IT talent or resolving a customer query) and provide solutions.

Drive Results: Meet daily/weekly targets related to lead generation, hiring cycles, or service level agreements (SLAs).

Tech Savvy: Utilize internal tools, CRM software, social media platforms, and MS Office to maintain accurate records and reports.

Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream (Business, Arts, Commerce, or Tech).

Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply! (0 8 years of experience).

Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication (Crucial for US Recruitment and Voice roles).
