Pay Range: $115,000–$140,000

Your Day-to-Day
Support rolling mills and steelmaking production operations through advanced process automation solutions
Design and implement control systems (hardware & software) to improve productivity, quality, uptime, and energy efficiency
Analyze, modify, and optimize PLCs and HMIs, with strong focus on Allen-Bradley systems and RSLogix
Monitor key performance indicators and integrate control systems with company information systems
Troubleshoot and resolve process control system issues to minimize downtime
Develop detailed specifications, systems architecture, and technical design documentation
Lead and deliver automation-related projects from concept through implementation
Provide maintenance support and participate in on-call rotation as needed
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automated Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience with Allen-Bradley and/or Honeywell systems (required)
Strong experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, drives, HMI software/hardware, and RSLogix
Ability to read and interpret hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic schematics
Strong computer skills (Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to be on-call to support operations
