Process Compliance Officer Apply
We are hiring Process Compliance Officer for one of our clients in Trenton, NJ.
Job Description:
- The Division is seeking a motivated leader to oversee the development and ensuring the compliance of Standard Operational procedures as they relate to documentation, system use, and reporting.
- This individual will work with the division's management to ensure that all staff are aware of and adhering to Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) developed by the Project Management Operations team and other managers.
- The role may include the oversight of deliverables associated with SOP and training along with a strong interpersonal skill to motivate staff to adhere to the SOPs without direct supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee divisional compliance with established Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) and policy.
- Provide consolidated management reporting on SOP compliance.
- Ensure policies and SOP documents, training materials, and other supporting documentation are sufficient for staff to conduct work activities.
- Analyze the strengths, weaknesses, and risks of existing program staff compliance and recommend improvements.
- Evaluate internal operations, business practices, and techniques to determine optimal business solutions.
- Analyze financial documentation and draw conclusions from these documents.
- Design and analyze excel reporting necessary to determine staff compliance.
- Ensure compliance with established internal procedures and regulations.
Education required:
- Bachelor's Degree in business or finance.
Experience required:
- 7+ years of experience in compliance or process oversight.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to formulate strategies to create new and creative solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Detail oriented
Preferred Skills:
- Master's Degree in business or finance
Work hours:
- 9am 5pm
- Lunch: 1 hour (Unpaid)
