Open to looking at college grads with an internship and a year of experience. Manufacturing and industrial automation/controls experience. Pay rate would be based on education and experience (not what is listed on this post)
M-Th- 6:00-4:30 (Some Fridays)
Job Summary
The role supports core joining and fastening processes by overseeing torque systems, wrench calibrations, torque gun qualifications, and weld quality checks. It leads weekly weld meetings, monthly Joining Board reviews, and collaborates with Production teams to verify daily torque and set‐and‐run compliance.
Required skills
1. BS degree Engineering (4-5 years of experience)
2. Robotic equipment experience- conveyors, industrial automation, vision systems
3. Quality control experience
4. ISO problem solving.
Additional responsibilities include monitoring equipment calibration, supporting surface quality reviews, guiding teams on product standards, and participating in daily quality meetings to resolve issues and ensure required checks are completed.
