Process Engineer Consultant (2 Positions)Location: Parsippany, NJStart Date: April 28, 2025Duration: 6-9 monthsShifts: 1st shift and 2nd shift availableOverview: Our client is seeking two experienced process engineers to join their team on a CONSULTING basis to support their fill finish site. This role is crucial to bridge the gap left by two full-time employees (FTEs) who have departed for other opportunities. The ideal candidates will have extensive knowledge of lyophilization and Bausch+Ströbel fill finish equipment, with a strong focus on process improvement and reliability. Senior-level consultants are preferred to help teach the current team how to optimize processes and improve performance.Key Responsibilities:Provide subject matter expertise (SME) in lyophilization and Bausch+Ströbel fill finish equipment.Analyze and optimize processes, ensuring best practices are followed.Address and resolve process issues, particularly with CIP process valves and lyophilization systems.Identify potential deviations and implement strategies to prevent them.Trend metrics and ensure reliability of processes.Support the team in building capabilities and upscaling their skills.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience, with a strong emphasis on lyophilization cycles.10-15 years of overall experience in a relevant field.Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues with filler systems and lyophilization valves.Ability to assess systems and provide actionable insights.Experience with data analysis to support real-time decision-making for engineers.Flexibility to work either the first or second shift.NO 3rd Party Inquiries, please.Qualified candidates will be contacted immediately.Must be able to work on site full-time.
