  • Implement process improvements for mechanical systems such as packaging, mixing, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a manufacturing and/or packaging environment required.
  • Experience working with combustible dust or other hazardous environments.
  • Capital project experience.
  • Experience working in continuous operations.
  • Proficiency in CAD software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
