Process Engineer - Chemical Manufacturing & Validation

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead equipment qualification and process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ)
\n
• Support technology transfer and chemical manufacturing process scale-up
\n
• Develop process documentation, risk assessments (HAZOP/FMEA), and work instructions
\n
• Investigate process deviations and implement corrective actions
\n
• Drive process improvements in a cGMP-regulated environment
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
\n
• 7–10 years of experience in chemical manufacturing
\n
• Experience with process validation, GMP compliance, risk assessments, and process optimization
\n
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience are a plus
\n
