Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality. This role is crucial for ensuring that our production systems operate smoothly and meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Conduct process simulations and analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and maintain documentation related to process changes.
  • Support the development and validation of new processes, including IQ/OQ/PQ protocols.
  • Provide technical support and training to production staff on new processes and equipment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Process Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of process engineering principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ validation processes is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
