Responsible for a variety of clerical task involved with production reports, inventory records and maintaining accuracy of data. Communication product and component needs Productions Scheduling daily. Also, helps create daily Production schedule based on forecast and orders.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Collect and assemble daily production paperwork
  • Count pallet tags by product number, total and compare to production paperwork for verification
  • Investigate differences and correct paperwork accordingly
  • Compile number of each component produced based on production paperwork
  • Verify accuracy and enter daily production results into IRIS system
  • Enter daily production results
  • Print out discrepancy reports comparing production results with warehouse scanned quantifies
  • Analyze difference, determine causes
  • Notify proper personnel to make corrections with discrepancies
  • Prepare production schedule paperwork
  • Make copies of production schedule and deliver to production lead desk
  • Save schedule into the IRIS system
  • Copy and past production schedule on communication board
  • Print paperwork and assemble
  • Print mold change instructions and distribute to P,E supervisor
  • Help with physical inventories as assigned
  • Help verify necessary parts utilizing the PDL system
  • Enter daily added value results on communication board
  • Misc. clerical work as assigned

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • 2- years previous clerical experience in a production environment or significant equivalent with paperwork that demonstrates the ability to do tasks involved.
  • Working knowledge of inventory systems
  • Good oral, written and presentation skills, including documenting and developing good system tools.
  • Computer skills to include hardware and Microsoft to include Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
