Job Title: Process Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer Insert Molding
Location: Maumelle, AR
Duration: Long term contract
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
Summary:

We are seeking a Process/Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in insert molding to join our team in Maumelle, AR. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in optimizing insert molding processes, especially in the medical device industry, and be able to manage projects independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and improve insert molding processes for medical devices.
  • Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Analyze current processes for cost savings and improved efficiency.
  • Provide technical support to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with the quality team to meet FDA and ISO standards.
  • Manage projects from concept to production, coordinating timelines and resources.
  • Work with product development and R&D to introduce new manufacturing techniques.
  • Keep detailed documentation of all processes, including SOPs and validation protocols.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in insert molding, preferably in the medical device sector.
  • Skilled in process development and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of FDA and ISO 13485 standards..
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on continuous improvement.
