The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Responsibilities · Oversee all day-to-day production operations for the entire plant.· Coordinate with the production team to identify and resolve production problems and bottlenecks.· Design and implement safety protocols to minimize accidents and ensure a safe working environment.· Work closely with the development team when scaling up new products from laboratory.· Monitor equipment and machinery operations to ensure they function optimally and develop preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and increase equipment lifespan.· Conduct root cause analyses on product non-conformances and propose solutions to prevent future recurrences.· Manage and oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment to minimize production delays.· Determine the optimal layout and organization of the production floor to increase capacity and efficiency.· Collaborate with management on Capital Improvements for replacement of plant systems, such as electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.· Stay up to date with technological advancements in the manufacturing industry to improve processes and production.Minimum Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in engineeringMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of processing techniques.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work as part of a team.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.Experience in project management.Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Benefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceWork Location: In person
