We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities 

· Oversee all day-to-day production operations for the entire plant.

· Coordinate with the production team to identify and resolve production problems and bottlenecks.

· Design and implement safety protocols to minimize accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

· Work closely with the development team when scaling up new products from laboratory.

· Monitor equipment and machinery operations to ensure they function optimally and develop preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and increase equipment lifespan.

· Conduct root cause analyses on product non-conformances and propose solutions to prevent future recurrences.

· Manage and oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment to minimize production delays.

· Determine the optimal layout and organization of the production floor to increase capacity and efficiency.

· Collaborate with management on Capital Improvements for replacement of plant systems, such as electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.

· Stay up to date with technological advancements in the manufacturing industry to improve processes and production.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of processing techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
