Job Summary :
Experience with developing a process using Chemical/gas, Various forms used in semiconductor application.
To work on semiconductor process areas like physical Vapor deposition/ etch technology development for advance logic device fabrication, which includes chemical gas process.
Qualification: Preference in masters or Degree in Materials Science & Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Electrical Engineering or a related field of semiconductor process development.
Job Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for development and characterization of processes on Semiconductor equipment in the applications lab and/or at the customer site in the advanced logic space
Design and execute process optimization experiments; characterize, compile, and analyze test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for equipment, process, or material specifications
Work closely with internal team and product team, sales and marketing groups, and other functional areas, to prepare changes, additions, and modifications which will facilitate customer adoption and improve quality of process equipment
Work closely with customer engineers and managers as a technical interface, managing input for customer demo and integration experimentsTo work on semiconductor process areas like physical Vapor deposition/ etch technology development for advance logic device fabrication, which includes chemical gas process.
Qualification: Preference in masters or Degree in Materials Science & Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Electrical Engineering or a related field of semiconductor process development.
- 2+ years semiconductor process experience; vacuum, plasma, photolithography, or high energy ion-beam related technologies preferred
- Prefer background in process characterization and data analysis
- Expertise in surface analysis and thin film metrology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work in teams as well as individually
- Some travel to Interna factories for development, training, or other activities is required (travel < 25%)
