Process Engineer (Finance) SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to optimize, scale, and sustain manufacturing processes with a focus on quality, throughput, cost, and safety. Essential Job Functions Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes. Support PCBA/SMT processes. Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement. Maintain documentation including PFMEA, control plans, and SOPs. Use SPC and data analysis for process capability. Support tooling, equipment, and maintenance. Lead NPI process readiness. Support safety and EHS initiatives. Train operators and provide on‑floor technical support. *Other duties may be assigned* Minimum Qualifications B.S. in Engineering (required). 5+ years process engineering experience (required). On‑site work required. Experience with SPC, DOE, and root cause analysis. Strong communication and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications PCBA/SMT manufacturing experience. Lean/Six Sigma experience. Knowledge of PFMEA, control plans, and PPAP. Experience with ESD controls and IPC standards. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations N/A Language Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Physical Demands Ability to stand/walk for extended periods. Salary Information According to state laws, this position’s salary range falls between 90,000 and 140,000. Salary decisions consider responsibilities, scope, candidate experience, education, essential skills, internal equity, and market factors. Additional rewards may include merit increases and annual bonuses.
