We’re looking for a hands-on Water/Wastewater Process Engineer to lead and support water systems across multiple manufacturing sites. Relocation assistance is offeredWhat We’re Looking For:Background in water treatment or wastewater facilitiesA “roll-up-your-sleeves” mindset—this is a floor-based, hands-on roleStrong problem-solving and process improvement skillsKey Responsibilities:Develop and maintain operating practices for water and wastewater systems across sitesOversee water quality specs and implement water technologies for manufacturing processesManage water conditioning, utilities, and wastewater treatment infrastructureSupport CIP and sanitary system design, as well as fermentation systemsEnsure compliance and optimization of water resource managementQualifications:BS Degree required (Chemical, Industrial, Environmental, or related Engineering)2+ years of engineering, supervisory, or leadership experience (food processing a plus)Hands-on experience with water treatment processes: coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, membrane filtration, biological treatment, and disinfectionWorking experience with industrial wastewater pretreatment and primary treatment methodsExperience documenting SOPs and operating practicesFamiliarity with Microsoft Office, HMI/SCADA systemsCAD (2D/3D) and ability to read electrical schematics are a plusLocation & Travel:On-site role (no remote/hybrid)Garden City, KS & South Sioux City, NE locations -travel between each
