All Foils is hiring a Process Engineer to help improve efficiency, output, and reliability in our manufacturing operations, with primary focus on our aluminum foil coating line. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work closely with Operations to solve daily production issues while also leading larger projects that expand our capabilities.All Foils is a small, entrepreneurial company specializing in the slitting, distribution, and coating of aluminum foil and other light gauge metals. We are looking for someone who can make an immediate impact on plant performance and help lead key capital and process improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with Operations to improve throughput, efficiency, and quality on the coating lineLead continuous improvement efforts focused on scrap reduction, setup reduction, and output gainsTroubleshoot day-to-day production challenges and support root cause analysisSupport scale-up of new products and improvement of existing productsDevelop and run production trials, equipment trials, and testingLead capital projects including new equipment installation, asset additions, and potential building expansionCollaborate across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and leadership to ensure successful project executionQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or related field4+ years of engineering experience in manufacturingExperience in coatings, converting, web handling, or similar continuous process manufacturing preferredStrong problem-solving, project leadership, and communication skillsLean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience preferredWhy All FoilsHands-on role with real impactOpportunity to lead meaningful capital and improvement projectsSmall company environment with broad responsibility and visibilityChance to help shape the future of a growing specialty metals business
