Brief Description Utex Industries is seeking a motivated Process Engineer to support process improvement initiatives, new product introductions, and the development and implementation of efficient manufacturing processes. This role will work closely with cross‑functional teams to bring new products from concept through production while improving existing operations. What You’ll Do Review customer specifications and develop part designs to meet application requirements Develop and implement new products from initial concept through product launch Support new process development and continuous improvement initiatives Develop, apply, and maintain consistent labor and material standards Design and develop tooling, equipment, and materials to support new product startups and improve existing processes Prepare part quotations and support cost analysis activities Interpret Finite Element Analysis (FEA) results with minimal training Follow all company safety procedures at all times Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor What We’re Looking For Proficiency in AutoCAD and Mechanical Desktop Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem‑solving skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to understand and interpret engineering analysis and technical data Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience 2+ years of relevant work‑related experience Work Environment You’ll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily. PPE and steel‑toed footwear are required. Expected Hours Of Work This is a full‑time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday.
