Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Engineer, based in Wixom, MI. The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing manufacturing and production processes to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality. Tasks include evaluating current processes, implementing process improvements, developing control strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges. The Process Engineer will also maintain up-to-date documentation and support the development of new processes as needed.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Process Design and Process Engineering, including designing and optimizing manufacturing workflows
  • Knowledge of Process Control methodologies for ensuring operational efficiency and quality
  • Strong Analytical Skills for identifying problems, analyzing data, and implementing effective solutions
  • Educational background in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing standards and processes is a plus
