Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in the design and manufacturing of PCB and flex circuit products. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution while ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, and ISO 13485. This role is crucial for driving innovation and maintaining high-quality standards in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the engineering team in the development of PCB and flex circuit technologies.
  • Oversee the design, testing, and production of rigid and flex circuits to meet customer specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and ISO 13485 standards throughout the engineering processes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate efficient project execution and address engineering challenges.
  • Mentor and develop engineering staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Manage resource allocation and project timelines to ensure timely delivery of engineering solutions.
  • Conduct regular reviews of engineering processes and implement improvements as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in engineering management, preferably in PCB and flex circuit manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards including ISO 9001, AS9100, and ISO 13485.
  • Experience with ITAR regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
