This role partners closely with Accounting and business leaders, ensuring financial accuracy, actionable insights, and continuous improvement of financial processes.ResponsibilitiesLead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting across multiple departmentsBuild and maintain financial models to project business performance and growthAnalyze trends, KPIs, and variances; provide actionable insights to leadershipPrepare executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentationsPartner with Accounting on month-end and year-end close, financial statements, and GAAP complianceSupport audits, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysisIdentify and implement process improvements, automation, and workflow efficienciesStrengthen internal controls and support risk management initiativesPartner with department heads on cost management and operational efficiencyMentor and support junior finance team membersRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field7–10+ years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or blended Finance/Accounting rolesStrong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skillsStrong accounting foundation (GAAP, financial statements, GL activity)Advanced Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, etc.)Ability to communicate complex financial insights to non-finance stakeholdersPreferredStrong accounting or treasury backgroundExperience with Power BI or advanced analytics / automation toolsExperience with Yardi or similar real estate / property management systemsInterested in hearing more?
