We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Process Engineering Manager to lead our Process Engineering team and elevate manufacturing performance to the next level. In this high-visibility role, you’ll directly manage and develop a team of four process engineers while driving improvements in productivity, quality, capacity, and safety.You’ll play a critical role in shaping the plant’s operational and strategic direction, using advanced manufacturing technologies to support new product and material development.
