Process Engineering Technician

This role puts you directly on the production floor, where you’ll safeguard equipment performance, refine manufacturing parameters, and take the lead in resolving technical issues to keep operations running smoothly. It’s an ideal opportunity for a technically curious professional eager to grow within advanced manufacturing environments.


Core Responsibilities

  • Process Oversight: Monitor production flow, output levels, and rework rates to maintain consistent and reliable equipment performance.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze quality and performance data to fine-tune machine settings and manufacturing recipes for improved efficiency.
  • Issue Resolution: Quickly identify and resolve routine equipment or process issues while developing preventive actions to avoid repeat disruptions.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by supporting equipment enhancements, trialing new materials, and introducing updated process technologies to increase yield.
  • Training & Knowledge Sharing: Support team development through Buddy and Certified training programs and ensure documentation and training materials remain current.
  • Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Uphold safety standards and legal requirements to reduce environmental impact and prevent workplace incidents.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and production data tracking tools; prior experience with on-site process control is highly desirable.
