Job Description:
As a member of the Process Excellence Team, the Senior Associate will contribute to the growth of the enterprise business architecture (MEGA HOPEX) platform through technical expertise and business awareness. This role supports Enterprise Digital Solutions in improving operational efficiency by analyzing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions for Enterprise Services and its partners. The Senior Associate will collaborate with stakeholders to identify their needs, build reports in the MEGA HOPEX platform and PowerBI, and take a client-focused approach during the enterprise roll-out.

Responsibilities:

• Promote the data within the MEGA HOPEX platform as a key enterprise resource by creating impactful client-focused dashboards and reports in PowerBI.
• Drive platform utilization by defining policies for managing and maintaining information.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement within the department, including developing data management best practices and consolidation opportunities.
• Assist in the development of the MEGA HOPEX platform by understanding the current SDLC process and developing reports in the platform or through PowerBI dashboards.
• Provide data insights and coordinate across teams to support business decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of related experience.
• Proficient in PowerBI (or equivalent tools, with a willingness to learn).
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal partners and implement at a technical level.
• Self-starter with the ability to define actions aligned with the department’s vision, mission, and objectives.
• Experience with business architecture, BPM, or enterprise architecture platforms (MEGA HOPEX experience is heavily preferred).
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
