Provide analysis & executive reports to Operations, Technology, Analytic & AI (OTAA) Director, Senior Managements, CIMB Group, if needed, and all relevant parties accurately & timely to be used for credible source of information and support data-driven decision making.Support improvement of extended functionality of OTAA Management Office to support robust needs of OTAA organizations.Support establishment of strategic plan to recalibrate & continuously improve the quality of the organization, people, process and infrastructure to achieve sub-directorate / directorate’s KPI target.Work together with IT and Business Unit to make, review & renew SLA document based on policy and commitment from IT.Provide report of measurement and analysis of IT system SLA availability to stakeholders and management team.Actively involved in productivity and unit cost measurement which creates dashboards providing information and insights needed to achieve operations excellence.Requirements:Bachelor degreeExperience at least 3-4 years in related position from bankingGood analytical thinking and interpersonal skill
