Senior Process Improvement EngineerRole SummaryThe Senior Process Improvement Engineer is responsible for monitoring and improving the performance of operational processes within a manufacturing and supply chain environment. The role focuses on analyzing process data, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing optimization initiatives across production and supporting functions.The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives such as new product introductions, capacity increases, and long-term operational improvements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to support data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesMonitor process performance and analyze operational data to identify trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities.Apply analytical methods to evaluate qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources.Identify and implement process improvements using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.Lead or support improvement projects related to operational efficiency and process optimization.Assess the impact of regulatory, safety, quality, or technological changes and propose solutions.Support business cases for new production capabilities, production line improvements, or capacity expansion.Contribute to planning for new product introductions and increasing production volumes.Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance or training to operational stakeholders.Essential RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.Experience in Industrial Engineering, Operational Excellence, or Process/Performance Improvement within a manufacturing or operations environment.Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., GMP, GDP).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including use of methodologies such as Six Sigma or Root Cause Analysis.Experience optimizing internal value streams and managing improvement projects.Proficiency in data analysis tools and digital analytics platforms.Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).Location - BredaWork model: HybridDuration: 1 year (with extension possible)Interested?
