In this role, you are mainly responsible to provide QA oversight for validation of equipment and packaging qualification in multiple international projectsContract Length: 12 months (possibility of extension or permanent contract after)Payrate: Min Pay rate- € 34.26 & Max Pay rate- € 36.06 (Roughly monthly: 5900 - 6200)ResponsibilitiesMonitor process performance, identify trends, and drive improvement opportunities.Lead and support continuous improvement projects using LEAN / Six Sigma.Analyze data from multiple sources to guide decisions on capacity, new products, and long‑term initiatives.Optimize data collection, monitoring, and visualization.Ensure processes meet changing quality, safety, and technical requirements.Develop business cases for process optimization or new production lines.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and provide training to shopfloor change leaders.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).Experience in Industrial Engineering, Performance Improvement, or Operational Excellence in manufacturing/operations.Comfortable working in regulated environments (GMP/GDP).Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills (Six Sigma, RCA).Experience with value stream optimization and project management.Advanced digital and analytical tool skills.Fluent in English.Hybrid availability: at least 3 days per week on‑site in Breda.
