Process Manager Networking Fulltime Apply
Position Details:
Title: Senior Process Manager (Network Technologies) w/ ITIL (band 4)
Location: Phoenix, AZ/ Newark, DE/Richmond VA/Atlanta, GA
Duration: FTE
Compensation: $200k Base+ Benefits
Start date: ASAP
Must haves:
- Lead experience (person will have 7 direct reports - which could eventually grow to 10)
- Senior Process Management experience (10+ years of more)
- Senior ITIL experience (should be everywhere in the resume & should have utilized ITIL in all recent opportunities throughout career)
- ITIL is the Information Technology Infrastructure Library
- Senior Network technology experience (hands on)
- Asset, life cycle and configuration management experience
- Conceptual understanding of network technology, circuits, appliances, applications when relating their process management skills
- ServiceNow experience and how it works (not ticketing side) - CSDM side (common service data model)
- Experience working with MRAs and how to deal with complications that come with them
- Need to see on resume: ITIL, COBIT B along with risk management
- Lifecycle management experience with other vendors - liaison person important here who can work with technical & business side
