Technical Operator Breda | Manufacturing | Operator | Process handling | Packaging |Pharmaceuticals | 2 or 3 shiftYour new positionAs a Technical Operator, you play a crucial role in supporting the technical processes within a high-tech and GMP-regulated production environment. Your main responsibility is to ensure that the production line operates safely, efficiently, and according to strict operational procedures.You will work closely with other technicians, operators, and the line lead to maintain smooth process execution, solve technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement. Good communication and teamwork are essential to achieving production targets.Your functional tasks include:• Operating, monitoring, and adjusting (semi-)automated production equipment according to SOPs and GMP regulations• Performing basic troubleshooting and identifying technical deviations in the production process• Executing administrative tasks in SAP/MES, ensuring accurate registration of process and batch data• Collecting and documenting process parameters and using this information to identify trends and improvement opportunities• Supporting line set-up, changeovers, calibrations, and routine maintenance activities• Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and cleanroom standards at all times• Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives (LEAN, 5S)What do you need to be successful? To excel as a Technical Operator, you are someone who thrives in a structured and regulated environment. You can quickly assess situations, solve problems, and keep communication clear with your coworkers. You enjoy technical work and are eager to develop your skills further.You also bring the following competencies:• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)• A completed MBO diploma in Process Technology, VAPRO, Pharmaceutical Professional, or similar• Experience in a GMP or other regulated production environment is highly beneficial• A proactive, analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency• Willingness to work in a 2-shift or 3-shift system• Experience with SAP/MES systems is a plusWhat do you get in return?
