Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Multiple machine operation and responsibility Must thoroughly understand processes and independently anticipate decisions that affect product quality Ability to communicate effectively as well as possess basic leadership skills Ability to accurately record data Knowledge of plant processing. Complete understanding of operations/data recording of 2 or more of the following areas, LDY (raw), cutting system/screw presses, drum controls, milling, coolers and railcar loading Ability to communicate well with crew members and shift supervisor Make recommendations to improve processes and equipment operations Be a resource to train new employees on equipment and procedures Specific Knowledge/Skills: Ability to operate forklift and other heavy machinery Ability to lift 50 lbs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
