LOCATION: Forest Grove, OR

SALARY: $25.22/hr. | $1.50 shift differential

SCHEDULE: Full-time, 12-hour shifts; 12:00am-12:00pm | Rotating compressed schedule

WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Operate and monitor process control systems, record key parameters, collect samples, and maintain product quality by identifying and reporting out-of-spec conditions.

· Ensure strict compliance with safety, operating procedures, and ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards while maintaining clean, hazard-free work areas.

· Troubleshoot operational issues, perform basic maintenance, verify completed work, and coordinate effectively with engineers, maintenance, lab staff, and vendors.

· Maintain accurate documentation, communicate clearly during shift handovers, participate in training and emergency response, and support ongoing professional development.

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

· High school diploma or GED; 2+ years’ in a chemical manufacturing environment, including clean room exposure.

· Experience with chemical handling, PPE compliance, quality systems, and escalation of out-of-spec (OOS) products.

· 1+ year of forklift operation experience and familiarity with pallet jacks, warehouse equipment, and standard production tools; trailering experience preferred.

· Strong mechanical aptitude, understanding of manufacturing concepts (production planning, bottlenecks, time management), and solid work ethic.

· Valid driver’s license, ability to pass a respirator fit test, fluency in English, and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar systems).

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This role requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and safely lift, push, or pull materials while wearing required PPE, including respirators. Candidates must be comfortable working in a clean room and industrial manufacturing environment, operating equipment, and responding physically to routine and emergency situations.
