Job Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for supporting the Manager, Process Optimization and other Process Optimization team members in leading Simply & Digitize (S&D) Enterprise Initiatives and the client Business Platforms (HBP) Continuous Improvement (CI) needs.
- This role focuses on blueprinting, designing, and implementing process improvements in a way which adds value, removes inefficiencies, and mitigates risk for global processes.
- The ideal candidate for this role enjoys finding and executing Continuous Improvement and Cost Savings opportunities in a Financial operations
Main Duties:
- Optimize business process re-engineering, standardization, and simplification opportunities as needed
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to identify business requirements by understanding existing (as-is) or future state processes.
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts to define and design Optimization roadmap as appropriate
- Create process maps from SME verbal explanations
- Maintain Process Optimization documentation repository for all initiatives led and executed by Process Optimization team for archiving and historical reference.
Typical Day:
Top Three Technical Skills:
- Meet with Subject Matter Experts and document the process in which they conduct business using Visio software via verbal descriptions in the meetings.
- Has LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt Certification to understand the Continuous Improvement goals
- Ability to listen and convert verbal conversation into Process Maps
