Job Title: Process Technician (Injection Molding)
Shift: 2nd Shift

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Process Technician with a strong background in injection molding to join our 3rd shift team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with injection molding machines and be capable of managing the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of the molding process to ensure consistent part quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Start up and shut down injection molding machines
• Process parts to specification and resolve any molding or quality issues
• Perform mold changes and install auxiliary equipment (e.g., conveyors, end-of-arm tooling)
• Set up and connect water lines and thermolators ("water up" the press)
• Maintain machine settings and optimize cycle times for efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams as needed

• Minimum 3 years of injection molding experience required
• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
• Willingness to work 2nd shift hours
