Brief Description Make sure all product gets received after every job, bucking, sorting, pre‑trimming, trimming, QC, machine trimming, etc. Hold inventory team responsible for staging for every job day before. Hold team responsible for making sure tags are created in a timely manner. Oversee intake/outtake processes of WIP and finished goods. Make sure to have one day’s worth of WIP for the following day. Intake flower in Node, BC, Metrc, and Processing Plan. Make sure WIP Daily Run is filled out, including on weekends. Quality assurance of product being received – correct strain, batch, weights. Batch grading for bucked flower and trimmed flower. Make sure the warehouse is organized. Back up planner of WIP product. Regularly audit inventory. Phase changes in BC. Other duties as deemed necessary. Language Skills English. English/Spanish preferred. Reasoning Ability Be able to delegate tasks appropriately. Software Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of the following software applications: Microsoft Office. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations None required for this position. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. While performing the duties of this job, the Processing Inventory Technician 2 will be required to regularly walk, sit and stand; talk and hear, both in person and by telephone; reach with hands; and operate a computer and a tablet. Some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
