Position Summary SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking a Procurement Analyst to support our support our Chesapeake Production Operation. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community. Primary Duties and Responsibilities of Procurement Analyst Receives confirmed REQs from MRP for all non-COTs Acquiring quotes and updating Purchase REQs Focused on vendor supply and vendor depth for all non-COTS Complete Buying action and order tracking, accounting of partial, backorders, part obsolescence Identifying risk elements of purchase – New or "Cold" vendor, new item, revised part, etc managing risk and lead time Maintaining records of Vendor performance and lead times, updating CostPoint to improve planning Overseeing Quality inspection of received parts, and developing MRR-Material Rejection Reports of non-conforming parts and vendor resolution. Minimum Qualifications of Procurement Analyst Bachelor's Degree in Related Field of Study and 1+ years of relevant experience.
