Job Title: Procurement Analyst III12+ months ContractMontreal, QC (Hybrid - 3 days onsite) For now client is considering local to montreal candidates only.Responsibilities:Execute strategic sourcing initiatives and drive cost optimization across indirect spend categories (IT, services, external workforce)Conduct market analysis and support category management strategiesManage end-to-end RFX processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ), including vendor evaluation and selectionLead contract negotiations and collaborate with legal teams to ensure favorable termsBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers across global teamsIdentify and mitigate procurement-related risks while ensuring compliance with policiesTrack sourcing activities and deliver performance reports on savings and procurement efficiencySupport process improvements and adoption of procurement tools and systemsAct as a subject matter expert for procurement practices and toolsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category managementStrong experience in vendor negotiations and contract managementProven ability to manage stakeholders in a global, cross-functional environmentStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience with procurement tools such as Ariba, Ivalua, or BeelineProficiency in MS Excel and PowerPointFinancial services experience is a plusBilingual (English/French) is a plus
