About the Role
The purpose of this position is to craft and analyze reports based on the collection of data related to the sourcing, contracting, management and performance of suppliers and vendors.

What Youll Do
Designs and implements reports to support account, client, and global sourcing requirements.
Maintain integrity of databases, data setup, quality, collection and make changes as needed to improve accuracy, usefulness and access.
Collaborate with team members involved in request for proposal process to ensure all required inputs are collected. Upload request for proposals and coordinate process flow.
Gather competitive intelligence and conduct analysis for strategic decision making and supplier selection.
Onboard suppliers into vital systems and make use of dashboards to drive supplier insights.
Coordinate site visits and presentations with suppliers.
Support performance management for the development, execution and retention of supplier key performance indicators and associated reporting.
Prepare monthly and quarterly schedules for all global suppliers and review procurement activities as needed.
Coordinates with global souring team and peers to aggregate data align reporting.
Maintain supply chain performance measurement reporting, including performance indicators, reporting databases, data capture, and compliance.
Update and guide procurement risks within vital systems.
May deliver training to account team, new, and existing users of database and reports.
Ad-hoc requests, reporting, and other duties may be assigned.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical advice, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.
What Youll Need
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum of three years of related experience and/or training.
Experience working with standard accounting systems reports and data streams.
Functional knowledge of procurement practices and requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to deliver efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to adequately present information.
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
Sophisticated knowledge in Microsoft Office Software. Ability to work with large amounts of data. Problem solving, mathematical analysis and knowledge of accounting preferred.
