From our HQ at Schiphol, we drive strategy, procurement, and performance across the group.The RoleAs Group Procurement Analyst, you combine data-driven analysis with commercial category support within General Building Materials (GBM), BME’s largest procurement category.You work closely with procurement leaders across Europe and contribute directly to performance, supplier strategy, and decision-making at Group level. 50% analytics & reporting | 50% category support High visibility | International scope | Direct impactKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver Group procurement reporting (incl. Board & Executive level)Validate and challenge OpCo data (KPIs, forecasts, savings)Track Procurement Excellence initiatives and performanceLead the European supplier bonus processConduct spend analyses and performance deep-divesDrive improvement projects (reporting, data, tooling)Support GBM Category Management (business cases, insights, supplier meetings)Your ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics)~5+ years in procurement analytics, FP&A, sourcing, or category supportStrong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insightsExperience presenting to senior stakeholdersStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsFluent in English (additional EU languages are a plus)This role is only open to candidates that are already working in the Netherlands.
