Responsibilities Establish and implement pre‑qualification and construction project tendering processes and policies. Lead and manage the tender process, including evaluation of tenders, conduct of post‑evaluation, and up to awarding of contracts. Draft, negotiate, and sign contract terms and conditions with bidders. Manage post‑contract activities, review amendments, and potential change orders in line with relevant contracts. Conduct periodic evaluation of vendors/contractors/consultants to measure their performance, and resolve any grievances. Compile reports for management that monitor contract status, report analysis, and overall contract performance. Manage financial operations by preparing financial documents, reports, and construction budgets. Requirements Education: Master’s Degree in Project Management/Construction Management or closely related field, or foreign equivalent. Experience: Minimum of 24 months in Project Manager, Procurement Contract Field, or positions with similar job duties. Training: None No special skills required Alternate sets of education, training, and/or experience: Education: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Project Management, Construction Management, or Engineering, or closely related, plus 5 years of progressive post‑baccalaureate experience in a similar role.
