Procurement Coordinator I Dawson, GAThis is a non-exempt position. Responsible for providing administrative support to the facility and procurement collection points. Duties include clerical, data entry, project based work and other duties. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.Duties include but not limited to:Buying Point support for local Buying Point's under the Dawson Collection PointRequires colleague to interact with local farmers and buying point personnelSupport/monitor farmer stock paperwork flow process for buying point locationsCreate and support proper credit paperwork procedures for producersInvoicing shipmentsProcess and/or assist with freight payables for farmerstockResearch payable issues to remedy vendor concernsPerform general clerical duties to include but not limit to:Establish maintain a sense of direction and purpose under pressurephotocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, scanning and shredding documents.Researching variances in production records and various expense tracking used to support location management teamInventory control and managementCreate purchase requisitions for payablesBank depositsBackup/support other duties in the office as neededAnswer phone and transfer as needed to appropriate staff memberOther duties as assignedQualificationsTwo or more years of administrative experienceOral and written communication skillsComputer skills including but not limited to Microsoft office IBM, Coupa, etcAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsJob requirements:Must be able to work well with othersFocused on day-to-day operationsWillingness to adapt to changing workload prioritiesExperience at working both independently and in a team-oriented environmentAbility to work overtime as neededExcited about this role but don't think you meet every requirement listed?
