Under the leadership of Lisa Vaith, our team is dedicated to providing knowledgeable and transparent support throughout the real estate process. We are currently seeking a Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the acquisition of goods and services necessary for the smooth operation and growth of our company. The Procurement Manager will work closely with various departments to understand their purchasing needs, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will contribute to cost savings, efficient procurement processes, and supply chain reliability, supporting our mission to assist clients effectively and maintain our reputation as a market leader in the Minnesota real estate industry.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to support company goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
  • Manage procurement processes, including purchase orders, approvals, and vendor payments.
  • Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to forecast purchasing needs and budget appropriately.
  • Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and generate reports on purchasing activities.
  • Stay informed on market trends, supply risks, and new product offerings relevant to the real estate industry.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to anticipate future procurement needs and provide timely solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within real estate or related industries.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments with strong communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of current market trends and supplier networks relevant to real estate.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement procurement policies and procedures.
