Procurement Manager – Grantham - £50,000 - £55,000Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a well-established engineering business in Grantham who are looking to recruit Procurement Manager.It’s a very exciting time to join as the business has recently undergone significant investment and transformation with expansion of product lines, modern fabrication machinery, upgraded facilities and a growing workforce.The RoleAs Procurement Manager, you will take responsibility for the company’s procurement activities, overseeing a global supply chain. This key role will see you lead a small team and ensure the supply of materials, components and services to meet production needs.Key Responsibilities include:Developing and delivering procurement strategies aligned with business goals and cost targetsManaging supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring best value on quality, cost and lead timesOverseeing purchase orders, supplier performance and compliance with standards and regulationsCollaborating with design, planning, quality and production teams to support new product introductions and meet demand forecastsAnalysing spend, identifying cost saving opportunities and mitigating supply chain risksProducing reports and presenting procurement performance to senior managementThe PersonWe are looking for a Procurement Manager with proven experience in manufacturing or engineering environments.
