This opportunity might be for you.As Indirect Procurement Manager, you will lead the Operational Procurement Team, ensuring that daily purchasing activities are executed efficiently, compliantly, and fully aligned with company policies.You will play a critical role in:Driving excellence in transactional procurement performanceEnsuring high levels of stakeholder satisfactionLeading, coaching, and empowering your teamActing as a key bridge between Procurement Operations and the wider organizationYou will collaborate closely with Sourcing, Finance, and Content Management to ensure seamless process integration and alignment of objectives, while fostering a culture of compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.We are looking for you if You:Have 5/7 years of experience in ProcurementHave at least 2/3 years of Team Management experiencePossess strong knowledge of Indirect Procurement ProcessesHave experience with e-procurement tools and SAP Ariba (Mandatory)Are fluent in English (French and/or Italian is a plus)Are a strong leader with a performance-driven mindsetIf you are ready to lead procurement operations with impact and help shape best practices in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
