About the roleThe Procurement Operation Specialist will support procurement operations by managing supplier contracts and catalogues in SAP and Coupa, maintaining contract metadata, and providing analytical insights to drive sourcing decisions and process improvements. This role ensures contract compliance, accurate data management, and supports the procurement team with contract and vendor data entry and maintenance.Key responsibilitiesEnter, publish, and maintain contracts in SAP (strategic, TPM, customer-owned).Enter catalogue items and maintain indirect contracts in Coupa.Administer third-party catalogues and user accounts (e.g., Staples, UPS).Coordinate ePir approvals and entries in SAP.Maintain contract balances, end dates, and pricing in SAP.Provide general contract maintenance and spot contract support.Support Coupa catalogue compliance and user training.Connect vendors with AP helpdesk and assist in resolving payment issues.Raise indirect purchase orders in Coupa for consolidated billed services and other purchasing functions.Analyze procurement data and prepare reports on KPIs and compliance.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure contract and catalogue accuracy and compliance.Qualifications and skillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred2–4 years in procurement, contract administration, or analytics rolesExperience using AI enabled tools ERP & Procurement Systems ProficiencyAdvanced English proficiency requiredAbout KerryKerry is the world's leading taste and nutrition company for the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries.
